First launch
The first time you open PearSilicon, macOS may refuse it with a message like:
“Apple could not verify PearSilicon is free of malware…”
Nothing is wrong. The download isn’t notarized by Apple, so Gatekeeper stops it until you allow it. You only need to do this once.
Allow it from System Settings
Section titled “Allow it from System Settings”Click Done on the warning, then open System Settings → Privacy & Security. In the Security section, choose Open Anyway next to the blocked app, confirm with your password or Touch ID, and click Open.
